The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. Each room has a work space with a desk and a lamp. There is no kitchen, but there is a fridge and kettle in the room.
The apartment is airy (each room has a French balcony), in a quiet environment within the park and close to shops, cafes, beaches and all necessary facilities. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the center. There are close coworking spaces for digital nomads near the apartment.
Available for rent from autumn 2023. The price per person is 300 euros plus utilities, if the room is shared it is 250 euros plus utilities.
