Apartment has 32.00 m2 and is fully furnished. It consists of a living room with the kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. It is very pleasant and has a lot of light.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. when sound and thermal insulation were installed, along with new installations and a security door. Also, windows were replaced in January 2022, so the apartment is highly energy efficient.
The building received a new facade in 2024, as well as a new roof and a new entrance door. New yard doors with a intercom are currently being installed.
The apartment is located on the high ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, and the entire building is situated high above street level so there is no contact with the street, and the ambiance is very quiet and pleasant. In the summer, there is a possibility of placing a table and chairs in the garden. The apartment is rented for a longer period, with a minimum of one year.
A contract is mandatory. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Utilities are paid separately.
