This Sega Game Gear VA1 has been professionally refurbished and thoughtfully upgraded to provide a fantastic way to experience a genuine Game Gear with a crisp, brightness-adjustable modern IPS LCD screen offering excellent viewing angles.
Upgrades & Restoration:
- Fully Recapped Mainboard, Audio Board, and Power Board: All original capacitors have been replaced with high-quality components, ensuring reliable power delivery, sound performance, and video stability.
- New Laminated IPS LCD Screen: A modern upgrade providing a bright, crisp display with wide viewing angles, far superior to the original screen.
- Professional Inspection & Cleaning: All three PCB boards and internal components have been carefully inspected and cleaned preventatively with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol.
- Responsive Controls: All buttons and the D-pad have been tested and confirmed fully functional for smooth gameplay.
Cosmetics:
The outer shell shows mild signs of use consistent with its age, reflecting gentle wear from previous ownership. The new IPS LCD screen is flawless and free of scratches or dead pixels. Please review the detailed photos carefully to inspect the condition from all angles.
