KW HLS Lift Kit - for stepless lowering and more ground clearance at the touch of a button.

With the HLS Lift Kit, obstacles such as multi-storey car parks, garage entrances, speed bumpers or steps in the road are no problem even for lowered vehicles or vehicles with low ground clearance. The vehicle equipped with the lift kit is raised by up to 45 mm, enabling it to easily overcome obstacles that cannot be overcome with the normal vehicle height. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the Lift Kit is available as a vehicle-specific solution or as an individual conversion kit.

The Lift Kit is available in two different versions: HLS 2, which is installed on the front axle, and HLS 4, which can also be installed on the rear axle on request and enables the entire vehicle to be lifted. The hydraulic cylinder unit is mounted on the coilover suspension between the spring plate and the spring. The advantage of a hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit during driving (no unwanted additional suspension).


Stepless lowering

In combination with a KW coilover suspension, the KW HLS system enables maximum lowering or, in combination with height-adjustable KW spring kits, subtle lowering within the tested adjustment range. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even after years.

As with all KW coilover suspensions, KW engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is appreciated by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test centre on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension you will experience your car more directly and dynamically.

After all, you are not buying just any suspension, but a KW suspension solution that has been specially developed and tuned for your vehicle type. As a manufacturer, KW only uses its own resources, high-quality components and the same damper technology as mass-produced manufacturers.


KW HLS Hydraulic Lift System

The KW HLS Lift Kit is available as a complete suspension solution in combination with a KW coilover suspension or as a retrofit kit for standard suspensions as well as KW coilovers, consisting of springs, adaptations, hydraulic cylinders and complete control unit.
