Longevity of a compressor largely depends on its lubrication and for this, the Hill EVO-310 compressor has two oil reservoirs; one with oil for the crankcase and one with silicone oil for the pump. We recommend changing the oil every fifty hours or at least once a year. The compressor can be used between 5 and 75 °C and when reaching the latter, it will automatically switch off to cool down and after that, continue filling.
We’ve extensively tested the Hill EVO-310 compressor ourselves and can tell you it will fill up a 480 cc air bottle from 100 to 250 bar in just 2.5 minutes. Filling up a 3 litre charging cylinder from 100 to 300 bar took 45 minutes, including the cooling-down time.
This EU version of the EVO-310 comes with a 2-pin EU plug.
