ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are proud to present the project "Villa Octo", a designer villa with 8 apartments, located in Ivan Dolac, a beautiful small village on the south side of the island of Hvar.
The idea of the design process was to combine traditional Dalmatian construction and modern architecture. The goal was achieved by choosing domestic materials: Hvar stone and wood, combined with large glass surfaces, that characterize modern construction. We wanted every room to have enough light and warmth and, most importantly, a fantastic sea view. In addition, each apartment has private parking.

LOCATION
The location is remarkably peaceful, and ideal for a family holiday. Beautiful beaches are 180 m away, and in privacy, peace and luxury, you can enjoy the private pool at Villa Octo. If, however, you want to explore more of untouched nature, beautiful bays, islands and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic Sea, boat trips to islands Šćedro, Pelješac, Korčula, Vis are available.

Hvar is very well connected to the mainland and nearby islands by frequent ferry and catamaran lines. Ivan Dolac is just 10 km from Jelsa, and 30 km from Hvar. The completion of Dubovica-Sveta Nedelja road, which shortens the journey to Hvar to just 20 minutes, is scheduled for this year. It connects to the beautiful seaview road leading along the most beautiful scenery of the turquoise sea and mountain vineyards, that produce the best wine in this part of Europe.

Within a 50 km radius, there is absolutely no industry or any source of pollution. The beaches and the sea are crystal clean, as well as the sea air, which has beneficial effects and strengthens the immune system. Drinking water comes from the spring of the Cetina river, and is one of the highest quality waters in Croatia.

TASTES OF HVAR
In the vicinity of Villa Octo, there is a grocery shop and several restaurants offering fresh fish and various local specialties. Homegrown bio fruits and vegetables of heavenly taste, unprocessed with chemicals, are available every day. All year round, highest quality extra virgin olive oil, homemade honey, high-quality wines, various lavender products and many other specialties are available from family farms engaged in the cultivation of home-made healthy food. Hvar is an island of scents and aromas that you must experience with your own senses…

Wir sind stolz darauf, das Projekt "Villa Octo", eine Designer-Villa mit 8 Wohnungen, in Ivan Dolac, einem schönen kleinen Dorf auf der Südseite der Insel Hvar zu präsentieren.

Die Idee des Designprozesses war es, traditionelle dalmatinische Konstruktion und moderne Architektur zu kombinieren. Das Ziel wurde durch die Auswahl von heimischen Materialien erreicht: Stein und Holz aus Hvar, kombiniert mit großen Glasflächen, die moderne Konstruktion charakterisieren. Uns war es wichtig, dass alle Zimmer genug Licht, Wärme und vor allem, einen fantastischen Meerblick bieten. Darüber hinaus verfügt jede Wohnung über einen privaten Parkplatz.

DIE LAGE
Die Lage ist bemerkenswert ruhig und ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Schöne Strände sind nur 180 m entfernt, außerdem können Sie in Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Luxus den privaten Pool in der Villa Octo genießen. Wenn Sie jedoch mehr unberührte Natur, wunderschöne Buchten und Inseln erkunden und die Schönheit der Adria genießen möchten, stehen Bootsfahrten zu den Inseln Šćedro, Pelješac, Korčula und Vis zur Verfügung.

Hvar ist sehr gut mit dem Festland und den Nahe gelegenen Inseln durch häufige Fähren und Katamaranlinien verbunden. Der Ort Ivan Dolac liegt nur 10 km von der Stadt Jelsa und 30 km von der Stadt Hvar entfernt. Trinkwasser stammt aus der Quelle des Flusses Cetina und ist eines der hochwertigsten Gewässer Kroatiens.

In der Nähe von Villa Octo gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und mehrere Restaurants mit frischem Fisch und verschiedenen lokalen Spezialitäten. Einheimisches Bio-Obst und -Gemüse mit himmlischem Geschmack, unbehandelt und frei von Chemikalien, sind jeden Tag erhältlich. Das ganze Jahr über, werden natives Extravirgin Olivenöl von höchster Qualität, hausgemachter Honig, hochwertige Weine, verschiedene Lavendelprodukte und viele andere Spezialitäten von Familienbetrieben, die hausgemachte gesunde Lebensmittel anbauen, angeboten.
