Unatoč prozračnosti stan je topao te je energetski certifikat i prije zadnje obnove stana označen kao C razred. Za hlađenje stana koristi se ariston klima uredaj. Dostupno je parkiranje u dvorištu.

A comfortable apartment for rent in the very center of Osijek, Kapucinska Street, on the second floor. It consists of a hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, two storage rooms, balcony and bathroom. The very good layout of the rooms in the apartment allows for plenty of light and airiness, and each room, including the bathroom, has a window. The bedroom is oriented to the north towards the peaceful courtyard, and the living room and kitchen to the south towards the Korzo. The apartment has been thoroughly renovated and is being rented out shortly after the renovation. Among other things, the renovation included replacing the installations, renewing the floors, painting and completely new furniture. All appliances with which the apartment is equipped are newly purchased and above the basic level of quality: Bosch, Whirlpool and Samsung appliances of the higher class. The dishwasher and washing machine are controllable via a wifi application, as well as the heating of the apartment, which uses energy-saving Norwegian radiators of the Glamox brand. Despite the airiness, the apartment is warm and the energy certificate was marked as class C even before the last renovation of the apartment. An Ariston air conditioner is used to cool the apartment. Parking is available in the yard.
