It consists of a hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, two storage rooms, balcony and bathroom. The very good layout of the rooms in the apartment allows for plenty of light and airiness. Each room, including the bathroom, has a window. The bedroom is oriented to the north towards the peaceful courtyard, and the living room and kitchen to the south. The apartment has been thoroughly renovated and will be rented out shortly after. Among other things, the renovation included replacing the installations, renewing the floors, painting and completely new furniture. All appliances with which the apartment is equipped are newly purchased and above the basic level of quality: Bosch, Whirlpool and Samsung appliances of the higher class. The dishwasher and washing machine are controllable via a wifi application, as well as the heating of the apartment, for which energy-saving Norwegian radiators of the Glamox brand are used. Despite the airiness, the apartment is warm and the energy certificate was marked as class C even before the last renovation of the apartment. An Ariston air conditioner is used to cool the apartment. The apartment's utilities include electricity (according to consumption), water (according to household members), unikom, communal and reserve. In the backyard of the building is a parking space.
