Iznajmljuje se komforan stan u samome centru Osijeka, Kapucinska ulica, na drugome katu.
Sastoji se od predsoblja, dnevne, spavaće sobe, kuhinje, dvije ostave, balkona i kupatila. Vrlo dobar raspored prostorija u stanu omogućuje mnogo svijetla i prozračnosti. Svaka soba, uključujući kupatilo, ima prozor. Spavaća soba orijentirana je na sjever prema mirnome dvorištu, a dnevna soba i kuhinja na jug.
Stan je temeljito preuređen i iznajmljuje se nedugo nakon. Izmedju ostaloga, preuređenje je uključivalo zamjenu instalacija, obnavljanje podova, ličenje te kompletno novi namještaj. Svi aparati kojima je stan opremljen su novokupljeni i iznad osnovne razine kvalitete: bosch, whirpool i samsung uredaji višeg razreda. Perilica posuđa i perilica rublja su upravljivi putem wifi aplikacije kao i grijanje stana za koje se koriste štedljivi norveški radijatori marke Glamox. Unatoč prozračnosti stan je topao te je energetski certifikat i prije zadnje obnove stana označen kao C razred. Za hlađenje stana koristi se ariston klima uredaj.

Režije u stanu uključuju struju (po potrošnji), vodu (prema članovima kućanstva), unikom, komunalno te pričuvu. U dvorištu zgrade je parking za jedno vozilo.

A comfortable apartment is for rent in the very center of Osijek, Kapucinska Street, on the second floor. It consists of a hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, two storage rooms, balcony and bathroom. The very good layout of the rooms in the apartment allows for plenty of light and airiness. Each room, including the bathroom, has a window. The bedroom is oriented to the north towards the peaceful courtyard, and the living room and kitchen to the south. The apartment has been thoroughly renovated and will be rented out shortly after. Among other things, the renovation included replacing the installations, renewing the floors, painting and completely new furniture. All appliances with which the apartment is equipped are newly purchased and above the basic level of quality: Bosch, Whirlpool and Samsung appliances of the higher class. The dishwasher and washing machine are controllable via a wifi application, as well as the heating of the apartment, for which energy-saving Norwegian radiators of the Glamox brand are used. Despite the airiness, the apartment is warm and the energy certificate was marked as class C even before the last renovation of the apartment. An Ariston air conditioner is used to cool the apartment. The apartment's utilities include electricity (according to consumption), water (according to household members), unikom, communal and reserve. In the backyard of the building is a parking space.
