Soba je potpuno namještena (ima i mali nečujni frižider) i nalazi se neposredno na tramvajskoj stanici u Zvonimirovoj ulici. Soba gleda na dvorišnu stranu, tako da nema buke od prometa. Iznajmljuje se studentu/ici (ili zaposlenoj mlađoj ženskoj osobi). Nema upotrebe kuhinje (koja se nalazi u drugom dijelu stana) već ima samo rešo koji je u kupaoni i kuhalo za vodu Taj dio stana je potpuno odvojen, poput mini garsonjere, samo je zajednički ulazni hodnik. Blizina menze na Ekonomskom fakultetu (10-tak min)
A room with an entrance hall, a balcony, its own bathroom and toilet (no one else uses it), and a washing machine in a four-room apartment. The entrance to the hall (from which you can enter the room and the bathroom) is from the common corridor.
The monthly rent is 200E +100E for utilities (heating, electricity, water, internet, cable TV). The deposit is 200E, it is returned when leaving the room. The room is fully furnished (it also has a small silent fridge) and is located directly at the tram stop in Zvonimirova street. The room faces the courtyard side, so there is no traffic noise. It is rented to a student, an Erasmus student (or an employed young woman). There is no use of the kitchen, which is located in another part of the apartment (it has a stove in the bathroom). That part of the apartment is completely separate, there is only a common entrance hall. If you are a Erasmus student, or here for internship, you have PhD classes or some language course or you are one of the people who are starting a new life in unknown city of Zagreb, welcome to your new home!
