The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils. All apartments have converter ACs and SAT-TVs. There is a parking area, a terrace for sun-bathing with pergola, children’s playground, barbecue set in the yard of the aparthotel.
The aparthotel passed official state certification as holiday apartments. It is now in its 8th year of operation. Number of bookings and the revenue are constantly growing. Many opportunities for extension and business development are available.
