Prodaje se gotovo nova mobilna kućica u Kamp parku Soline u Biogradu na Moru s pravom nastavka potpisivanja ugovora s kampom u svrhu zakupa parcele.
2016. godine smo direktno od proizvođača mobilnih kućica, tvrtke CR Abitare d.o.o. iz Labina, kupili novu kućicu, model Magnolia, te smo do sada bili prvi i jedini vlasnici iste. Magnolia je dvosobna kućica, površine 32 m² s mogučnošću smještaja 4+1 osobe.
Kućica se nalazi na rubnom, zapadnom dijelu kampa, gdje gotovo i nema prometa. Osim kućica uz plažu, ovo su jedine kućice koje ispred sebe nemaju druge objekte te Vam je zajamčena privatnost, a za razliku od objekata uz plažu, ovdje se možete opustiti u miru i tišini. Od pješčane plaže je udaljena cca 150m do koje vode kamenom popločane stepenice. Svojom tradicionalnom vanjštinom idealno se uklopila u borovu šumu kampa, okružena biljkama tipičnim za dalmatinsko podneblje. Plavo-sivi paneli, kosi crveni krov te bijela drvena terasa daju joj atribut toploga doma. Interijer ovog modela je minimalistički te je samim time omogućena jednostavnija komunikacija kroz prostorije, a i ostavlja dovoljno prostora za raznovrsne preinake kao npr. ugradnju perilice posuđa među kuhinjske elemente. U središnjem dijelu se nalazi dnevni dio sa sofom, blagovaonskim stolom i stolicama te kuhinjom. Iz istog se ulazi u dvije sobe te u jednu kupaonicu, dok soba s bračnim krevetom ima svoju vlastitu kupaonicu. Dakle, iako skromna, ova kućica pruža veliki komod s dvije odvojene kupaonice, a sobe odjeljene dnevnim prostorom omogućuju dovoljno intime svim gostima. Od električnih uređaja u kućici se nalazi LCD TV, klima uređaj za hlađenje i grijanje, hladnjak od 140 l sa zamrzivačem, mikrovalna pećnica, ugradbena inox ploča s četiri električna kuhala, napa, kuhalo za vodu, toster te aparat za filter kavu. Iz dnevnog dijela se izlazi na natkritu drvenu terasu s vrtnom sjedećom garniturom. Terasa je zatvorena drvenim vratašcima što se pokazalo izuzetno praktičnim kada su u pitanju mala djeca i kućni ljubimci. Ujedno, do terase se nalazi i vanjski tuš. Uz samu kućicu se nalazi privatno parkirno mjesto.
Bitno je naglasiti da niti jedna naša kućica nema plinsku instalaciju. Dakle, svi uređaji rade na električnu energiju potrošak koje je uključen u paušal te nema dodatnih troškova za kupovinu plinskih boca, a što je još bitnije, nema dodatne brige oko nabavljanja istog.

Mobilnu kućicu možete koristiti za vlastite potrebe te ju ostatak perioda možete iznajmljivati turistima da bi smanjili svoje troškove, a u konačnici možete i zaraditi. Kampu se po parceli godišnje plaća paušal u iznosu od 34.675 kn u što je uključena neograničena potrošnja električne energije i vode. Kamp je otvoren od 01.04. do 15.10.

Višestruko nagrađivani Kamp Park Soline kategoriziran je s 4 zvjezdice. Smješten je u gustoj borovoj šumi, udaljen svega 900 m od samog centra grada do kojeg osim autom, možete doći i šetnicom kroz borovu šumu uz more.
Unutar kampa organizirane su zabavne i sportske aktivnosti prilagođene svim uzrastima i željama, dok je stručni tim animatora zadužen za organizaciju sportskih turnira, igara za djecu i odrasle, kao i večernjih zabavnih programa na terasi restorana kampa „Stone Garden“.
Položaj kampa pruža mogućnost odlaska na mnoge jednodnevne izlete. Almost new mobile home for sale in the Soline Camp Park in BiogradnaMoru with the right to continue signing a contract with the camp for the purpose of renting the plot.
The mobile home (model Magnolia) was produced in 2016 and bought directly from the manufacturer, the company CR Abitared.o.o. from Labin. We are the first and only owners of the same. Magnolia is a two-room house, 32 m2 in size, with the possibility of accommodating 4 + 1 persons.
The house Magnolia is located on the western part of the camp, where there is almost no traffic. Apart from the houses by the beach, these are the only houses that don’t have other objects in front of them, so you are guaranteed privacy where you can relax in peace and quiet. It is about 150m away from the sandy beach, which is reached by stone-paved stairs. With its traditional exterior, it fits perfectly into the pine forest of the camp, surrounded by the plants typical for the Dalmatian climate. Blue-gray panels, a sloping red roof and a white wooden terrace give it the attribute of a warm home. The interior of this model is minimalist and thus enables easier communication through the rooms, and also leaves enough space for various modifications, such as the installation of a dishwasher among the kitchen elements. In the central part there is a living area with a sofa, dining table and chairs and a kitchen. From the same you enter two rooms and one bathroom, while the room with a double bed has its own bathroom. So, although modest, this house provides a large chest of drawers with two separate bathrooms, and the rooms separated by a living space allow enough intimacy for all guests. The electrical appliances in the house include LCD TV, air conditioning for cooling and heating, 140 l refrigerator with freezer, microwave, built-in stainless steel hob with four electric cookers, cooker hood, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The living room opens onto a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is closed with wooden doors, which proved to be extremely practical when it comes to small children and pets. At the same time, there is an outdoor shower next to the terrace. Next to the house there is a private parking space.
It is important to emphasize that none of our houses has a gas installation. So, all devices run on electricity consumption which is included in the lump sum and there are no additional costs for the purchase of gas cylinders, and more importantly, there is no additional worry about purchasing the same.

You can use the mobile home for your own needs and you can rent it to tourists for the rest of the period to reduce your costs, and ultimately you can make money. The camp is paid a lump sum per year in the amount of HRK 34,675, which includes unlimited consumption of electricity and water. The camp is open from 01.04. to 15.10.

Fast neues Mobilheim zum Verkauf im Park des Soline-Camps in Biograd na Moru mit dem Recht, weiterhin einen Vertrag mit dem Lager zum Zweck der Vermietung des Grundstücks zu unterzeichnen.
Das Mobilheim (Modell Magnolia) wurde 2016 hergestellt und direkt vom Hersteller, der Firma CR Abitare d.o.o. aus Labin, gekauft. Wir sind die ersten und einzigen Eigentümer des Mobilheims. Magnolia ist ein Zwei-Zimmer-Haus, 32 m2 groß, mit der Möglichkeit zur Unterkunft für 4 + 1 Personen.
Das Haus Magnolia befindet sich im westlichen Teil des Camps, wo es fast keinen Verkehr gibt. Abgesehen von den Häusern direkt am Strand sind dies die einzigen Häuser, die keine anderen Objekte vor sich haben, so dass Ihnen eine Privatsphäre garantiert ist, in der Sie sich in aller Ruhe entspannen können. Es liegt etwa 150m vom Sandstrand entfernt, den man über eine steingepflasterte Treppe erreicht.
Mit seinem traditionellen Äußeren passt es perfekt in den Kiefernwald des Camps, umgeben von den typischen Pflanzen des dalmatinischen Klimas. Blau-graue Paneele, ein rotes Dach und eine weiße Holzterrasse geben dem Haus ein warmes Gefühl.
Das Innere dieses Hauses ist minimalistisch gestaltet und ermöglicht so eine leichtere Kommunikation durch die Räume, lässt aber auch genügend Raum für verschiedene Modifikationen, wie z.B. den Einbau eines Geschirrspülers zwischen den Küchenelementen. Im zentralen Teil gibt es einen Wohnbereich mit Sofa, Esstisch mit Stühlen und eine Küche. Von hieraus kann man die weiteren zwei Zimmer und ein Bad betreten. Das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat sogar ein eigenes Bad. So bietet dieses Haus, obwohl bescheiden, eine große Kommode mit zwei getrennten Badezimmern, und die durch einen Wohnraum getrennten Zimmer bieten genügend Intimität für alle Gäste. Zu den elektrischen Geräten im Haus gehören ein LCD-Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage zum Kühlen und Heizen, ein 140-Liter-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, ein eingebautes Edelstahl-Kochfeld mit vier Elektroherden, eine Dunstabzugshaube, ein Wasserkocher, ein Toaster und eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf die überdachte Holzterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Terrasse ist mit Holztüren verschlossen, was sich für Kleinkinder und Haustiere als äußerst praktisch erwiesen hat. Gleichzeitig gibt es neben der Terrasse eine Außendusche. Das Haus besitzt auch ein Privatparkplatz, neben dem Haus.
Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass keines unserer Häuser über eine Gasanlage verfügt. Also laufen alle Geräte mit Strom, dieser ist in der Pauschale enthalten. Es gibt also keine zusätzlichen Kosten für den Kauf von Gasflaschen.
Sie können das Mobilheim für Ihren eigenen Bedarf nutzen und Sie können es für den Rest der Zeit an Touristen vermieten, um Ihre Kosten zu senken und letztendlich können Sie damit gutes Geld verdienen. Das Camp erhält einen Pauschalbetrag pro Jahr in Höhe von 34.675 HRK, der den unbegrenzten Strom- und Wasserverbrauch einschließt. Das Camp ist vom 01.04. bis 15.10. geöffnet.
