The apartment is located in the very center of the city, in one of the most desirable locations, close to the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ilica Street, the tram zone, British Square, and popular spots such as Korica bakery, Cogito Coffee, and numerous shops. Everything is within walking distance, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and highly practical for everyday living.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with a living area overlooking the courtyard, as well as two larger rooms that can be used as separate bedrooms and work/study rooms for students who wish to share the apartment and living expenses.
