The space was renovated in 2023, has a video intercom, internet, heating and cooling system, electric blinds, and transparent stickers on the windows, so that it meets the possible need to protect the data being processed.
The space has a separate entrance, but there is a possibility to rent reception services as well as garage spaces on level -5.
Monthly rent: EUR 16,218 + VAT
Utilities are paid separately, as well as reception services and garage spaces at -5. A parking space can be rented separately from the office space at a price of EUR 99+VAT. We guarantee availability of the parking place throughout entire rental period.
