The house has an area of 158 m2, built on a plot of 224 m2, is oriented south-west-north and is used for a combination of family vacations and seasonal tourism. It consists of a basement with a storage room, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious covered terrace and a smaller two-room apartment with a bathroom and dining room, while the first floor, which is connected to the lower floor by an external staircase, consists of two separate studio apartments (room, bathroom, small kitchen) with an approximate area of 30 m2 each, each of which has its own balcony. There is a parking space for two to three vehicles, while the garden of 163 m2 is equipped with a water connection and an outdoor shower. The house has water and electricity connections and a septic tank. Although the house is not a semi-detached house, the external staircase of the neighboring house partially rests on the external northern wall of this building. Ready to move in immediately.
