Građevinsko zemljište, Nečujam, S projektom i građevinskom dozvolom

Posredujemo u prodaji građevinskog zemljišta ukupne površine 500 m2 u mjestu Nečujam na otoku Šolti. Zemljište se nalazi u mirnom dijelu mjesta, 80 metara od mora, a sva potrebna infrastruktura (voda, struja i pristupni put) nalazi se uz parcelu.
Uz zemljište se prodaje i izrađeni glavni projekt s važećom građevinskom dozvolom za izgradnju obiteljske vile moderne arhitekture.

The house will consist of one residential unit distributed over two levels. The gross built area (GBA) of the building is 207.40 m², while the gross footprint is 104.7 m².
The project also includes a swimming pool measuring 8 × 4 m (area 32 m²) and a basement garage with a technical room and storage area, with a total surface of 45.2 m².
