Zahvaljujući bogatom iskustvu brodogradilišta Wave Catamarans, WAVE 50 - jedinstveni, suvremeni model - nije samo vizija, već sada stvarnost. Njegova savršena sinteza, gdje se predivan dizajn susreće s najnovijim i korisnički prijateljskim energetskim rješenjima, jamči idealne uvjete za pronalaženje mira i udobnosti na moru.

Katamaran je opremljen modernim hibridnim pogonskim sustavom koji, zajedno s velikim kapacitetom pohrane energije, pruža raznolike mogućnosti za autonomno funkcioniranje sustava jahte. Inovativni sustav upravljanja energijom koji stalno prati rad svih uređaja jamči da sigurnost i učinkovitost nikada neće biti narušene.

Dizajniran i razvijen od strane Wave Catamaransa, zajedno s Tehničkim sveučilištem u Gdańsk, hibridni pogonski sustav omogućuje tri moguća načina rada:

Energy mode
Pogonski motor radi u režimu generatora. Električna energija može se generirati tijekom plovidbe unutarnjim motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem ili dok je plovilo parkirano.

Boost mode
Unutarnji motori s unutarnjim izgaranjem rade ujedno s električnim motorima kako bi pružili pojačanje snage i brzine katamarana ili podržali plovidbu lukama u težim vremenskim uvjetima.

Silent mode
Pogon se osigurava isključivo pomoću električnih motora, omogućujući plovidbu u tihom tišini i potpuno ekološki prihvatljiv način.
