Proform 550HR Overview
The Proform 550HR Elliptical is a high quality cross trainer. It has 10 levels of silent magnetic resistance which means the machine will be pretty much noise free as you increase or decrease the resistance, the resistance of the 550 HR Elliptical can be altered by the touch of a button. There are 11 programmes readily installed on the Proform cross trainer including a Heart Rate control feature keeping you safe and making sure you don’t overdo a workout. The cross trainer is ergonomically designed so it tones muscles and increases the amount of calories burnt. The handles on the Proform 550 have built in EKG pulse sensors on the handgrips to monitor heart rate also the handles are adjustable to suit the users size. There is an optional chest pulse monitor for a more accurate reading. The cross trainer has large non-slip footplates for safe training. The Proform elliptical has a Blue Backlit LCD Display which shows the programmes available as well as the users speed, distance, time, resistance, pulse, watts and calories
