Compatible with non-USA potentiometer knobs, including models from Made in Japan, China, and other Asian brands, that use coarse-knurled potentiometers.
Assembled and soldered in our workshop using top components, ready to drop into your guitar!
We professionally hand-soldered these harnesses using the best brand-name components for long life and great sound:
– 5-way switch USA Oak Grigsby
– full size Alpha 250kOhm Audio Taper Potentiometers with COARSE knurling
– cloth covered push back Gavitt wire
– 0,047uF Paper In Oil Capacitor 160V 10% K42Y-2
– assembled and soldered on a thin aluminum plate that will fit most Strat style guitars
– Switchcraft jack
This is a vintage-style pre-1980 wiring harness, with tone controls assigned as follows:
Tone 1: Adjusts the neck pickup.
Tone 2: Adjusts the middle pickup.
Bridge pickup: No tone control, just like 50s, 60s and 70s Stratocasters.
If you’d like a tone control added to the bridge pickup, just send us a message, and we’ll make the adjustment for you!
