The thermoplastic shell which is available in 2 external shell sizes weighs in at around 1780 grams. MDS integrated a retractable sun-visor into the design of this MD 200. The stock visor that comes with the helmet is a clear scratch-resistant Street 12 visor made out of polycarbonate. Thanks to the incorporation of the XQRS(Extra Quick Release System) it is easily replaceable in a matter of seconds. The micrometric retention system allows for easy adjustment and quick on and off action."
