Zoom's newly developed modeling algorithms use precise analysis of impulse response and frequency response to emulate the sonic characteristics of tubes and transistors found on classic amps. They've also duplicated all the internal circuit processes as well, so you can tweak your tone in exactly the same way as the knobs and switches on the actual amp. For even more tone control, you can move the accurately modeled condenser and dynamic mics to any position: close miking for a grittier sound, or off-cabinet miking for more room ambience. The Zoom ZFX Control Package includes a host of guitar amp, bass amp, cabinet, microphone, and stomp box models made famous throughout the years of rock history.

Intuitive to use
With its intuitive user interface, the Zoom ZFX Control Package's ZFX software is easy to setup and change while you play. Changing amp settings, cabinet layout, mic position and rearranging the stompbox effects is as easy as dragging and dropping. Alter your setup quickly and get immediate results, giving your creativity new sonic territory to explore!

A host of preset patches
More than 300 tone presets are included, offering a variety of amp, cabinet, mic and effects setting combinations. Choose from vintage rock tones, country, jazz and blues to ultra modern or heavy metal setups with a double-click of your mouse. Zoom's also pre-programmed 50 specific artist sounds from rock, jazz, blues and heavy metal.

Easily control miking and effects
With ZFX, you have complete control over the mic position within the recording booth. Whether you want a tight, gritty sound from the center of the speaker cone, a smooth sound from the edge of the cone or more room ambience by pulling the mic away from the cabinet, you can get the setting you want. Controlling effects is just as easy - all you need to do is click and drag your mouse to tweak the switches and knobs on each stomp box. Zoom in on an effect by double-clicking on it. By inserting tools such as a splitter or mixer, you can place multiple amps for even more flexible routing.

Handy built-in tuner
The built-in chromatic tuner lets you quickly tune at any time. Special tunings are on-board and you can drop tune by a semitone or two as well.

C5.1t audio interface with expression pedal
With a cool pedalboard-like design, the compact C5.1t USB audio interface looks lets you control preset parameters and effects with your foot, freeing your hands to play. There's also an expression pedal and five assignable function switches so you have full-on control in real-time over tap tempo, effects on/off, patches, bypass mode, and more. While you can definitely use the interface to connect up guitars and bases for recording, you can also connect vocal mics or keyboards to experience high quality, 24-bit/48 kHz resolution - the C5.1t is even complete with phantom power for your condensers. What's more, the Hi-Z input section features a 12AX7 tube, the classic guitar preamp tube. Blending the clarity of solid-state sound with the natural compression and saturation of a vacuum tube, the C5.1t with ZFX software creates a signature warm tone all its own. The C5.1t i also s USB bus-powered, so no extra power supply is necessary.
