The building has been thoroughly renovated, and no one has lived in the apartment since the renovation. All the damage that occurred after the earthquake has been repaired, and there wasn't much of it.

It takes 5 minutes on foot to reach Ban Jelacic Square.
Nearby are all the amenities needed for everyday life: shop, bakery, cafe, pastry shop, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, museums, Galleria Business Center (Importanne Galleria).
